Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed pet gear back in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
